Responsibilities:
- Interface directly with clients to drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
- Utilise basic sales systems and software to process transactions and manage records.
- Generate and submit clear, accurate periodic sales reports.
- Manage and engage with customers across digital platforms, including Instagram, WhatsApp, and the company website.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant post-NYSC sales or customer-facing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) and web navigation.
