Stock and Inventory Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock and Inventory Officer to manage inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate tracking of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating stock movements, and preventing shortages or losses.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Track stock movement and update inventory systems regularly
- Conduct routine stock counts and inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage and organisation of inventory items
- Identify stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies and report accordingly
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams
- Prepare inventory and stock reports for management
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies
- Assist in minimising stock losses, wastage, and overstocking
Requirements:
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management is an advantage
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Excellent organisational and attention-to-detail skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
