Job Summary:
We need an experienced Stitching Machine Operator to run and maintain stitching/binding machines for paper products such as notebooks and booklets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and adjust stitching machines for paper production.
Ensure neat, accurate, and secure stitching.
Inspect finished products for quality.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
Requirements:
2–3 years experience in stitching/binding within a paper manufacturing or printing environment.
Good machine handling and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.
