Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Representing Sound Mind Buildup in Lagos State and managing state-level engagements
- Mobilizing youths, entrepreneurs, institutions, and communities for SMB programs
- Supporting program coordination, training logistics, and reporting
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, government agencies, NYSC orientation camps, and private sector partners
- Driving visibility, participation, and measurable outcomes for SMB initiatives
Requirements:
- Individuals with strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Candidates passionate about youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and innovation
- Persons with experience in community engagement, marketing, training coordination, or institutional relations (an advantage)
- Self-driven individuals capable of meeting performance targets
- Public speaking and communication skills
- Negotiation skills and marketing skills
- Administrative Skill
