Sports Coach

Responsibilities:

• This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and motivate students to develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Sports coaches/instructors help children to realize their potential in a sporting discipline through the provision of instruction, advice and encouragement.
• Coaches are responsible for planning, organizing and delivering an appropriate range of sports activities and programmes for individuals and teams. 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of different sports, rules, techniques, and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning sports programs and schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches, teachers, and staff members.
• Proficient in using educational technology and software
• Knowledge of different teaching strategies and methodologies
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and learning needs
• Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
• Good understanding of cultural differences and willingness to navigate and embrace diversity
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Dedication to professional growth and continuous learning

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
• Proven 5 - 10 years Experience in coaching and training students in a variety of sports
• First aid and CPR certifications are preferred
