Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Identify and acquire dealers, distributors, workshops, fleet operators and retailers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and generate new sales opportunities.
• Sell automotive spare parts, lubricants, filters, batteries and related aftermarket products.
• Develop relationships with spare-parts dealers, workshops, mechanics and fleet operators.
• Support customers in identifying appropriate spare parts based on vehicle application.
• Develop lubricant sales across workshops, service stations, dealers and fleet operators.
• Monitor dealer performance, stock levels and market coverage.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products and market activities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports.

Requirements:

• HND or relevant qualification.
• 2–5 years' experience in automotive spare parts, lubricants, aftermarket products or automotive sales.
• Existing experience dealing with spare-parts dealers, workshops, distributors, fleet operators or retailers is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket.
• Good negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in territory management or channel development is an advantage.

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 – 600,000 Monthly (based on relevant experience)
