Spanish Tutor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
• Adapt lesson delivery to the learner's proficiency level and assigned topics.
• Encourage meaningful and natural conversation in Spanish.
• Follow provided lesson plans, project guidelines, and session objectives.
• Create a supportive and effective learning environment.
• Maintain learner engagement throughout each session.
• Ensure sessions remain focused and aligned with learning goals.
• Complete tutoring sessions according to project requirements and schedules.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish speaker with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of three years of Spanish teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience teaching Spanish to native English-speaking learners.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and availability for scheduled sessions.
• Strong record of professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
• Comfortable participating in recorded online tutoring sessions.

Session Details:

• Sessions typically last 20–30 minutes.
• Each session must run for a minimum of 20 minutes.
• Sessions will be conducted remotely and recorded for project purposes.

Project Details:

• Duration: Approximately 3 weeks
• Commitment: Approximately 7 hours per week
• Format: Remote one-on-one tutoring sessions
• Schedule: Based on project requirements and learner availability

Compensation & Engagement:

• Remuneration: NGN 600,000 monthly
• Engagement Type: Contract / Project-Based
• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
