Job summary
The Space Manager is the lead operator and community architect for the MADHouse Lagos facility. Your primary mission is to manage the day-to-day commercial operations of the physical hub, ensuring it functions as a high-yield "Creative and Art Curation Centre."

Responsibilities:
Commercial Operations & Revenue:
- Execute the tiered pricing strategy for the Maker’s Studio, Podcast Studio and Co-working spaces as outlined in the implementation framework.
- Oversee the operational readiness of the cafe unit, ensuring hygiene standards, vendor performance and the commission collection on sales
- Actively book the central gallery/event space for corporate activations, exhibitions and "Open House" events to drive high-margin foot traffic.
Facility & Asset Management:
- Ensure all high-tech equipment in the Podcast and Comms studios is functional, secured and properly inventoried.
- Maintain the "Creative Park" aesthetic, ensuring the walk paths and common areas are pristine and reflect a world-class curation center
- Manage the relationship with long-term tenants (like JT Agency or similar partners), ensuring their office needs are met without hindering the facility’s ability to host large-scale weekend events.
Community & Market Strategy:
- Convert casual visitors into monthly subscribers by promoting the value of the MADHouse creative ecosystem.
- Work with the Senior BDM to manage the Merchandise Stand, ensuring local creator products are displayed and sold effectively.
- Serve as the on-ground host for partners and sponsors, ensuring their brand activations within the space are executed flawlessly.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role
