Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional massage treatments for clients.
- Provide manicure and pedicure services to a high standard.
- Conduct facial treatments and skincare services.
- Recommend suitable beauty and wellness treatments based on client needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist or Beauty Therapist.
- Proficiency in massage, manicure, pedicure, facials, and other spa treatments.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in beauty therapy or related field is an added advantage.
