SPA Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other approved wellness treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation within treatment rooms and equipment.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure all products and equipment are properly arranged before each appointment.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a comfortable, professional, and relaxing client experience.
• Follow established spa procedures, safety standards, and treatment protocols.
• Monitor clients during treatments and respond appropriately to their comfort and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of client treatments and product usage where required.
• Properly clean and store treatment equipment after each service.
• Recommend appropriate spa services or treatment packages based on clients’ needs.
• Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and communication at all times.
• Work collaboratively with receptionists, beauty therapists, and other spa staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep up to date with new spa treatments, techniques, products, and industry practices.
• Support the achievement of customer retention, service quality, and overall spa revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a BSC
• 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
