Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Manage all daily spa operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and premium service delivery.
- Oversee the upkeep of spa facilities, treatment rooms, equipment, and ambiance.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures across all spa service points.
Staff Supervision & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and supervise spa therapists, front-desk staff, and attendants.
- Conduct periodic performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and continuous training programs.
- Foster a positive, professional, and customer-centric work culture.
- Ensure staff adhere to the grooming, etiquette, and service standards of the Safari group.
Client Experience Management:
- Ensure clients receive outstanding, personalized, and memorable spa experiences.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics, feedback systems, and service quality scores.
- Develop special service packages and wellness programs tailored to Safari’s diverse clientele.
Business Growth & Revenue Optimization:
- Work with management to set revenue targets and achieve profitability goals.
- Promote spa services, membership packages, retail products, and loyalty programs.
- Implement pricing strategies, upselling initiatives, and client retention plans.
- Collaborate with other Safari business units to create cross-selling opportunities.
Administrative & Compliance Management:
- Manage booking systems, staff schedules, reports, and inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain updated staff certifications, licenses, and equipment logs.
- Prepare and submit periodic operational and financial reports to management.
Innovation & Service Expansion:
- Identify new service trends, products, and technologies to keep the spa competitive.
- Recommend new treatments, wellness experiences, and service lines suited for a diversified group of companies.
- Participate in strategic planning for expansion into additional locations or facilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
