Job summary

We are seeking a highly disciplined, service-driven spa manager to oversee the daily operations, client experience, team coordination, and revenue performance of our business. The ideal candidate must be both operationally strong and commercially aware, ensuring the spa runs profitably while delivering premium client experiences.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Operations & Service Delivery:

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and stringent hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all treatments and guest interactions are delivered consistently to premium brand standards.
  • Monitor staff punctuality, appearance, and overall professionalism.
  • Maintain absolute personal and staff hygiene, neatness, and decorum at all times.


Team Management:

  • Supervise therapists, technicians, stylists, front desk personnel, and support staff.
  • Enforce corporate performance standards and hold staff accountable to daily targets.
  • Conduct structured weekly team briefings and operational training sessions.


Revenue & Sales Performance:

  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets across all service lines.
  • Actively upsell spa packages, retail products, and exclusive memberships.
  • Track and analyze bookings, walk-ins, and front desk conversion rates.


Client Experience:

  • Ensure an exceptional, flawless client journey from entry to exit.
  • Handle client complaints and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
  • Build and nurture client retention and loyalty systems.


Inventory & Reporting:

  • Monitor product usage closely to control costs and prevent wastage.
  • Submit comprehensive daily and weekly operational reports to executive management.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department on seamless daily revenue reconciliation.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of verifiable experience in spa, salon, or premium hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership capability, firm discipline, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving business metrics (VERY important).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
  • High level of personal accountability, emotional intelligence, and structural execution.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIS):

  • Consistent achievement of Daily & Monthly Revenue Targets
  • Client Retention and Repeat Visit Rates
  • Staff Productivity and Utilization Rates
  • Booking Conversion Rate (Inquiries/Walk-ins to Paid Bookings)
  • Zero tolerance for operational lapses and standard deviations

  • You have the unique ability to strictly enforce luxury standards and daily operational discipline without diminishing team morale.
  • You deeply understand that a premium spa is simultaneously a high-end luxury sanctuary and an aggressive commercial business.


Remuneration: NGN 230,000 – 280,000 Monthly
