Role Description

We are seeking a Sourcer / Technical Recruiter for a part-time remote position. This position may potentially become full-time down the line. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and engaging with top talent across technical domains. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to define talent needs, and building robust pipelines of qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offering, and onboarding
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Sales Navigator
• Strong expertise in Technical Recruiting
• Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and potential candidates
• Excellent Communication skills to engage with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Previous experience recruiting for Europe or North American (US preferred) based company
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus

Compensation

Starting at 150k naira per month + commission. This role is part-time = 4 hours per day working PST hours.
