Rsponsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of systems according to company standards.
- Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and corrective repairs on client systems.
- Submit accurate and timely reports for every assigned task via the approved reporting platform (e.g., CRM, job cards).
- Document faults, actions taken, parts replaced, and recommendations clearly.
- Work cooperatively with the Technical Lead, operations team, and other officers.
- Follow instructions and assigned timelines without unilateral decision-making.
- Ability to work flexible hours Mon - Saturday
- Willingness to travel interstate when necessary
- Participate in trainings and performance reviews as required.
Requirements:
- Must reside within or close to Ejigbo, Lagos.
- Ability to resume promptly when required.
- Electrical knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to deliver exceptional to customer satisfactionÂ
