Solar Technical Engineer
Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Solar Technical Engineer with hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and after-sales support of solar/inverter systems. The candidate must reside within or close to the Ikeja axis for ease of commuting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical support for inverters, including product selection, system configuration, and technical solutions.
- Work closely with the sales team on customer engagement and project follow-up.
- Handle on-site installation guidance, wiring, debugging, grid connection, and trial operations.
- Ensure proper and standardized installation with optimal system performance.
- Diagnose faults, carry out on-site repairs, and provide remote technical support.
- Resolve inverter issues such as alarms, communication failures, and performance problems.
- Conduct project inspections, maintenance, firmware upgrades, and system optimization.
- Document all repair activities, fault cases, and technical reports.
- Support product testing, factory inspections, and technical documentation updates.
- Deliver training to customers, agents, and internal teams.
- Coordinate installation, repair, and technical communication between sales and after-sales teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in solar/inverter technical support.
- Strong hands-on experience in installation, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Must have after-sales support experience.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and on-site when required.
