Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and related equipment according to company standards.
- Conduct site assessments and measurements to determine optimal panel placement.
- Perform electrical wiring for solar systems in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure proper performance.
- Maintain and repair solar systems when required.
- Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment at all times.
- Work closely with the project team to complete installations on schedule.
- Provide basic customer guidance on system operation when needed.
- Prepare and submit installation reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a SSCE qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
