Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Engineer based in Ikot Ekpene. The Solar Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems. Daily responsibilities include creating photovoltaic (PV) system designs, conducting electrical designs, supervising installation projects, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards. The role also involves collaboration with stakeholders to meet project requirements within budget and timelines.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Solar Power and Solar Systems technology
- Experience in PV Design and Electrical Design
- In-depth understanding of the Solar Industry and related trends
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills related to solar energy solutions
- Ability to manage installation projects and ensure safety compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications in solar or renewable energy solutions are a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
