Quality Assurance Testing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Test software to ensure products meet design specifications and the functionality requested by users.
• Work closely with development, business, and project management teams to complete requirements and projects that will introduce new features and functionality to all our applications.
• Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Test each software component and demonstrate the business condition under test and the expected result.
• Report, track, and monitor defects in Jira and Confluence.
• Conduct Function testing, Regression testing, and UAT testing.
• Execute Functional test cases, data tests, and Integration testing.
• Defect Tracking and coordinating with business users and the tech team to resolve the issues and determine defect priority and severity.
• Conduct an impact analysis of defect fixes discovered during manual or automated tests and work with the development team to improve the expected behavior and test cases.
• Ensure the quality of the final product and whether or not they meet the end-users' expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities:

• 3 - 4 years of strong experience with Quality Assurance
• Good automation testing skills
• An understanding of the Web & Software Development Life Cycle.
• Ability to work with team members in an agile environment
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Extremely close attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
