Software Engineering Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear and comprehensive course materials on Python and R programming for Data Analytics and Analysis.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage students’ participation.
  
• Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students actively engage in meaningful learning experiences.
• Utilise effective class management techniques to ensure productive and focused learning.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments.
• Prepare students for further advancement in their field of interest.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students to help them improve their learning strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in faculty meetings and other activities.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in Data Science.

Requirements:

• An Aptech Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a professional Data Scientist or Programming Instructor.
• Proven teaching experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
• Strong working knowledge and professional experience with Java, Python, and R Programming.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated dedication to professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
