Responsibilities:
- Scale Platform Capabilities: Architect and maintain scalable software solutions that drive our core AI-powered recruitment and onboarding workflows.
- API and Systems Design: Build secure, high-performance APIs to integrate our platform with third-party recruitment and compliance ecosystems.
- Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring our systems remain reliable, accessible, and fully compliant with global standards.
- Performance Optimization: Proactively improve platform efficiency by diagnosing bottlenecks, executing code reviews, and refining data processing strategies.
- Collaborative Innovation: Partner with the product team to transform user requirements into high-quality technical specifications and functional code.
- Technical Leadership: Foster team excellence by mentoring junior engineers and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to ensure long-term system maintainability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend-focused engineering, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skill in modern backend languages (Python, Node.js, or Go) and the ability to design secure, robust database architectures.
- Infrastructure: Proven competence in deploying and managing cloud infrastructure within AWS, GCP, or Azure environments.
- Compliance Expertise: A demonstrated track record of building and deploying software that adheres to strict data privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in troubleshooting complex architectural issues within a remote-first, collaborative team environment.
Remuneration: NGN 500,000 per month.
