Role Description

Two full-time on-site role for a Social Media/Sales Representative, based in Abuja. The role involves managing the company’s social media accounts to increase engagement and brand awareness, creating and scheduling content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring social media trends. Additionally, the role includes sales responsibilities such as promoting the company’s products, managing client relationships, and identifying potential customers to help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and monitoring online trends
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively
• Basic knowledge of interior design or flooring materials, including SPC and WPC products, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and reporting tools is an advantage

Requirements

• Experience managing business social media pages
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite
• Strong creativity and trend awareness
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Abuja or Lagos
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Previous sales experience (interiors/real estate preferred)
• Target-driven
• Must be confident, disciplined, and organized
