Responsibilities:
- Design professional graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company’s brand identity and maintains a consistent aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, including caption writing and scheduling posts.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and foster community interaction.
- Create and edit short-form video content, such as Reels and TikToks, to drive engagement.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on campaign effectiveness and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager (portfolio required).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or advanced proficiency in Canva and other design tools.
- Strong command of the English language with the ability to write engaging and professional copy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
- A degree or certification in Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
