Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Social Media / Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage our brand’s online presence, engage with customers across digital platforms, and provide exceptional customer service support.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to measure campaign success.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ads and promotional campaigns.


Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and resolve complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are met.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management and/or customer service.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Must be female (as per role preference stated).
  • Must reside around Lekki–Ajah axis of Lagos.
