Leitung Gate Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage the company’s online presence across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, growing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement in alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok).
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics).
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online community relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
  • Monitor competitors and provide insights to improve strategy.
  • Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
