Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, DMs, and mentions across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ways to boost community interaction
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts to drive engagement and visibility
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, reels, challenges, or interactive content
- Track engagement metrics and share weekly insights or feedback with the team
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Support live events, webinars, or product launches via social channels
Requirements:
- Currently serving as an NYSC member
- Strong written communication and conversational skills
- Active presence on platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Canvas, Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus
- Creativity, adaptability, and an eye for viral or trending content
- Passionate about building communities and telling stories online
