Social Media Personnel
Job summary
A fast-growing furniture hardware company in Lagos is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Officer to manage our online presence and drive customer engagement. You will be responsible for creating content, managing our social media platforms, responding to inquiries, and driving sales through digital channels.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Facebook, and TikTok pages
- Create and post engaging content (photos, videos, reels)
- Respond to customer inquiries and convert leads to sales
- Run promotions, offers, and campaigns
- Take pictures/videos of products in-store
- Track engagement and performance metrics
- Work with the sales team to promote fast-moving products
- Grow followers and increase brand visibility
Requirements:
- Minimum OND / HND / BSc
- 1–3 years of experience managing business social media pages
- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp Business
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva)
- Ability to create simple videos/reels
- Good communication and marketing skills
- Result-oriented and creative
Preferred Candidate:
- Lives within or close to Amuwo Odofin / Festac / Satellite Town
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or sales-driven social media
- Can show previous work or managed pages
Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos (Hybrid possible).
Work Days: Monday – Saturday
Remuneration: NGN100,000 – 120,000
