Job summary
The Growth & Sales Manager will lead revenue generation and market expansion efforts for Acute Core Services Limited by developing strategic sales initiatives, managing growth campaigns, and securing high-value corporate and institutional clients across the company’s product and service portfolio.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all company products and services
- Identify, prospect, and close corporate, institutional, and bulk sales opportunities

Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google, Meta, LinkedI,n and other relevant platforms
- Generate qualified leads and improve sales conversion rates
- Monitor marketing performance and optimize return on investment
- Coordinate promotional campaigns, activations, and field marketing initiatives
- Explore new markets and business expansion opportunities
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies
- Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive customer retention and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
