Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all company products and services
  • Identify, prospect, and close corporate, institutional, and bulk sales opportunities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage distributors, resellers, and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including Google, Meta, LinkedI,n and other relevant platforms
  • Generate qualified leads and improve sales conversion rates
  • Monitor marketing performance and optimize return on investment
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, activations, and field marketing initiatives
  • Explore new markets and business expansion opportunities
  • Track sales performance metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Drive customer retention and repeat business


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
