Job summary
We are seeking a Social media officer to manage the organisation’s social media presence, create engaging content, and drive marketing activities. The candidate must ensures consistent brand communication and support visibility, promotions, and customer interaction.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Manage and grow the organisation’s social media accounts across relevant platforms.
- Respond to messages, comments, and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
- Develop content calendars and support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Take photos and videos of products, services, events, and activities for marketing purposes.
- Support the setup and management of online ordering and delivery platforms such as Glovo and Chowdeck.
- Ensure all social media pages and digital platforms are updated with accurate information.
- Support customer engagement initiatives, promotions, and outreach activities.
- Work with supervisors and management to promote products, services, events, and offers effectively.
- Monitor trends and suggest ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and sales.
- Assist with other communications and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND certificate
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in social media management, communications, or marketing
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business
