About the Role

Pazino Engineering & Construction Company Ltd is seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee the company's digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, audience engagement, graphic design, and implementing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
• Experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in developing and executing content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Experience in photography, videography, and video editing.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and other digital content.
• Manage and grow the company's social media accounts.
• Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas. 
• Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to generate leads and promote company offerings.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
