Key Responsibilities
- Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, etc.)
- Support content ideation aligned with brand voice and ongoing campaigns
- Monitor trends and suggest timely, relevant content ideas
- Engage with the online community (comments, DMs, interactions) in a timely and on-brand manner
- Track and report on content performance and audience insights
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Assist with influencer and partnership content coordination
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics
- Good writing and communication skills (with a strong sense of tone/voice)
- Basic knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
