- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, graphics, videos)
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across online platforms
- Run and optimize paid ads on social media and search engines
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, and messages
- Track analytics, performance metrics, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital channels
- Stay updated on social media trends and digital marketing tools
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Digital Marketing Officer
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and analytics
- Experience with digital advertising tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are an added advantage
- Excellent communication, creativity, and copywriting skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
