Our client, a reputable travel agency, is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating travel inquiries and bookings through strategic content.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals, promotions, and seasonal travel campaigns.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to promote travel packages, holiday deals, visa services, tour experiences, and special offers.
  • Create and manage a structured content calendar for consistent brand visibility.


Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create engaging travel-related content, including destination highlights, travel tips, promotional offers, customer testimonials, reels, and short-form videos.
  • Produce high-quality visuals, captions, and graphics that inspire travel and reflect the agency’s brand identity.
  • Ensure content is informative, persuasive, and conversion-focused.


Community Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Manage all social media interactions, respond to inquiries promptly, and convert online engagement into travel bookings.
  • Build and nurture an active online community of travel enthusiasts.
  • Monitor messages and comments to ensure an excellent customer experience.


Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and lead generation.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics and emerging travel trends.


Collaboration & Industry Awareness

  • Work closely with the team to align promotions with available travel packages.
  • Stay updated on travel trends, destination requirements, visa updates, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Monitor competitors and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in social media management, preferably within the travel, tourism, hospitality, or lifestyle industry.
  • Demonstrated portfolio showcasing engaging and conversion-driven content
  • Strong storytelling and content creation skills (graphics, reels, short-form video, and copywriting).
  • Good understanding of travel marketing and customer behavior.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to create content that drives inquiries and bookings.
  • Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
