Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand, products, and mission.
• Create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and promote new products, promotions, and events.
• Analyze social media metrics to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
• Respond to and engage with followers on social media, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with comments , influencers, and partners.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in any related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proven track record of success in growing social media presence and engagement.
• Excellent content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
