Social Media Manager/Content Creator

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

• Shoot high-quality videos with a smartphone/camera
• Edit professional short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook
• Create engaging hooks, video concepts, and scripts
• Design clean, professional graphics and carousels when required
• Film paint application, textures, finishes, before/after transformations, and showroom demos

Strategy & Copy:

• Write captions with strong SEO/search keywords
• Write short-form marketing copy and scripts
• Understand Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook content strategy
• Know how to make a visual product look desirable, not just record someone talking
• Understand trends and adapt them for YIYU without copying generic content

Management & Analytics:

• Manage a content calendar and posting schedule
• Track basic performance: reach, engagement, watch time, saves, shares, enquiries and leads
• Understand basic lighting, framing, composition, color, and product presentation

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in social media content creation required
• Skills: Video shooting, editing, graphic design, copywriting, and strategy required
• Tools: Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools required
• Character: Creative, Independent, Detail-oriented, and Trend-aware required
• Education: Graduate preferred
• Experience with paint/coatings, interior design, architecture, construction, real estate, furniture, luxury products, or other visual/lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
