Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage all company social media accounts and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.


Content Creation & Publishing:

  • Create engaging, creative, and relevant content, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
  • Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to generate campaign and promotional content.


Community Engagement:

  • Monitor social media platforms and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with followers, clients, and online communities.
  • Manage online reputation and escalate issues where necessary.


Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better engagement and conversions.
  • Assist in running paid advertisements and sponsored campaigns.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on engagement, reach, leads, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on analytics.


Market & Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media tools.
  • Recommend innovative ideas to improve online visibility and engagement.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Minimum of a BSc.
