Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Create compelling daily/weekly content (copy, captions, videos, graphics, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to craft cohesive storytelling.
Platform Management
- Manage and grow all official social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Monitor real-time trends and leverage them for virality and brand relevance.
- Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
Community Engagement
- Build and nurture strong online communities.
- Engage influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
- Track sentiment and foster a positive brand reputation online.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs: engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, follower growth, etc.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze insights to refine content strategy and recommend improvements.
- Use social media tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.) for scheduling and analytics.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns with measurable impact.
- Work with the marketing team to support product launches and promotions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers for campaigns and brand amplification.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (preferred).
