Key Performance Indicators:
Audience Growth & Engagement Metric Target:
- Follower Growth Rate 15-20% quarterly growth across all platforms
- Engagement Rate Minimum 5% average engagement rate (likes, comments, shares, retweets)
- Twitter/X Performance Average: 100+ retweets per major artist announcement; maintain 7%+ engagement rate
Content Performance & Quality Metric Target:
- Content Output Minimum 4-6 posts per day across platforms; daily
- Twitter threads on music trends/industry insights
- Viral Content: 2-3 posts per month reaching 50K+ impressions
Location: lekki, phase 1
Remuneration: NGN 350,000-400,00
