Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

• Content Calendar Planning & Scheduling
• Trend Awareness & Adaptation
• Basic Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories
  
• Edit content using basic video tools (CapCut preferred)
  
• Design and curate visually appealing content aligned with brand identity
• Graphic Design/Visual Curation
• Content Creation & Editing (videos, reels, and stories)
• Video Editing (CapCut or similar tools)

Captions & Copywriting:

• Write compelling captions that capture attention
  
• Adapt messaging to suit different brand voices and audiences
  
• Ensure consistency in tone across platforms
  
• Copywriting & Caption Writing
• Brand Storytelling

Platform Management:

• Social Media Management (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter)
• Plan and maintain content calendars and posting schedules
• Community Management & Engagement
• Stay up-to-date on trends and integrate them into campaigns
  
• Engage with followers and manage online community interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing social media for dynamic brands
  
• Strong writing, editing, and creative skills
• Strong writing and communication skills
