- Protect brand reputation by managing online feedback and crisis communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and strong content creation skills
- Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of social media advertising and basic graphic/video editing is an advantage
