We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead the company's social media presence and digital engagement efforts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and grow the company's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, reviews, and inquiries professionally.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor brand reputation online and address issues that may affect the company's image.
- Stay updated on platform updates, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven years of experience managing social media accounts for a business, agency, or brand.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent content writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
