Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the organisation’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Business
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content that drives awareness, trust, and conversions
- Develop and execute content calendars with strong consistency and brand alignment
- Write compelling copy that educates, engages, and supports customer acquisition
- Track, analyze, and interpret performance metrics to improve content strategy
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven social media management experience (experience in fintech, finance, or a regulated industry is an advantage)
- Proficiency with social media tools and creative apps such as CapCut, Canva, and similar platforms.
- Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn
- Strong content creation and editing skills (video, reels, posts, captions)
- Solid understanding of content planning, storytelling, and consistency
- Excellent copywriting skills with a conversion mindset
- Ability to understand analytics and turn insights into action
