Responsibilities;
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the supermarket’s marketing goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, promotions) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter/X
- Promote weekly deals, discounts, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with customers promptly
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Collaborate with in-store teams to capture real-time content (e.g., fresh stock, events, customer experiences)
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns within budget
- Stay up to date with social media trends and competitor activity
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a Diploma
