Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Designing and implementing a social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media platforms)
- Develop new social media strategies and campaigns to promote brand awareness.
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.
- Stay updated on microfinance and digital marketing trends.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better results.
- Create content calendars and publish across all relevant platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and manage inquiries
Requirements:
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Creative flair, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Port Harcourt.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to meet monthly lead targets.
- Strong understanding of targeting, engagement, and conversion strategies.
