The Social Media Manager at Zaya & Ryan Restaurant and Lounge is responsible for creating, managing, and growing the brand’s presence across social media platforms. This role focuses on showcasing the restaurant’s food, ambiance, events, and customer experience through engaging content.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the restaurant’s brand and goals.
- Create and post high-quality content (photos, videos, captions, reels, stories, etc.) that highlights meals, promotions, events, and the lounge atmosphere.
- Manage daily operations on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a friendly and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends to create relevant, trendy, and creative content. Collaborate with the in-house team to cover events, special nights, and new menu launches.
- Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.) and prepare weekly or monthly reports
- Maintain the brand’s reputation by ensuring consistent visual and written identity across platforms.
- Stay updated on competitors and recommend new content ideas or strategies.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic skills in photography/videography and editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or hospitality (preferred but not required).
- Ability to work flexible hours, especially during events or peak times.
