We are seeking a proactive Social Media Manager, to build and grow our newly created brand’s online presence. This role requires setting up and managing our social media pages, creating compelling content, and driving measurable growth in line with our brand values and clientele.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Page Setup & Strategy: Create, optimize, and manage business pages with a consistent brand identity.
- Content Creation: Plan, design, and post on-brand content (minimum 5 posts + 3 stories per week, per platform), ensuring visuals and messaging are engaging and relevant.
- Campaigns & Growth: Run and optimize ad campaigns; grow brand visibility and engagement with clear performance metrics.
- Product Shoots: Coordinate one product shoot per month to generate fresh content.
- Engagement: Communicate and engage effectively with prospective and returning clients (excluding sales), reflecting our brand voice and values.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track insights and prepare weekly reports showing progress and recommendations.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and cultural moments relevant to both Nigerian and global audiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
- Strong content creation skills (original-form graphics, images, reels/short-form videos).
- Familiarity with ads and analytics on varied social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and community management abilities.
- Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
