- Community Management: Interacting with followers, responding to comments and messages, and participating in relevant conversations to build a strong online community.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Tracking key metrics like engagement, reach, and website traffic to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Campaign Development and Execution: Creating and implementing social media marketing campaigns to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing brand awareness or driving website traffic.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the company's social media strategy remains relevant and effective.
- Collaboration: Working with other team members, such as marketing and design teams, to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on social media performance, analysing results, and suggesting adjustments to the social media strategy.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- HND in any field of study
