- Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.).
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Engage with the audience (comments, DMs, community building).
- Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance.
- Work closely with the content and design team to publish engaging content.
- Monitor trends and adapt content to remain relevant.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand.
- Strong understanding of content trends and platform algorithms.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
