We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Brand and Social Media Manager to lead the development and execution of our brand and social media strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, driving audience engagement, and building customer loyalty through innovative content and data-driven campaigns across digital platforms. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and brand storytelling to ensure consistent messaging and measurable growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and brand strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s voice, identity, and positioning across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all digital and offline touchpoints.


Content Creation & Management:

  • Plan, create, curate, and schedule engaging daily content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other creatives to produce high-quality multimedia content.
  • Oversee content calendars and campaign timelines to ensure timely delivery.


Community Management & Engagement :

  • Monitor all social media platforms for engagement opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers, influencers, and brand partners.
  • Manage online reputation and escalate issues when necessary


Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversions, and follower growth.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and social media management platforms to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize content and strategies based on performance data.


Trend & Industry Monitoring:

  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, emerging tools, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage trends for brand visibility and audience growth.


Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent practical experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal education.
  • Proven experience in social media management, brand management, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc. is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetics and branding. (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and proactive.   (preferred)
  • Results-driven with a growth mindset.   (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior and digital trends. (preferred)
