Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in Lagos, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, optimising social media channels, and managing online presence. The role also involves analysing social media performance metrics, interacting with audiences, and ensuring alignment with the overall marketing communications strategy.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategies
- Experience with social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling tools, and analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and tools
- Excellent organisational and time management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in PR, digital marketing, or brand management is an advantage
