Brooks Tailors is seeking a creative, result-driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence and drive brand awareness across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our audience, generating leads, and increasing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to promote Brooks Tailors' products and services.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
  • Monitor social media performance and provide regular reports on growth, engagement, and sales conversions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities to improve brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with management to create marketing plans that support business objectives.
  • Capture and edit photos/videos of products, tailoring processes, customer testimonials, and promotional activities.
  • Generate leads and contribute directly to sales growth through social media marketing efforts.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
  • Excellent communication, content writing, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage.

  • Remuneration: NGN100,000 during the probation period.

  • Identify and execute online and offline marketing opportunities to promote the brand.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics.
  • Attend promotional events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities when required.
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and market reach.
  • Recommend innovative marketing initiatives and business growth strategies.
  • Demonstrate initiative, accountability, creativity, and a results-oriented approach to achieving business goals.
  • Represent the company professionally across all digital and physical touchpoints.
